$350 price is restricted to Puna, Hilo and Volcano regions of east Big Island, Hawaii. Minimal 60-hours advance reservation appreciated (3 weeks preferred). Contact Delia to confirm your menu, kitchen and dining location first.

$175 price is also restricted to Puna, Hilo and Volcano regions with only 24-hours minimal advance reservation required (3 days preferred).

The chef will contact you upon your order to customize the entree and options.

Catering Menu Samples

Catering menus may be customized. Gluten-free, raw, sugar-free, vegan or vegetarian dieters are welcome. With a gourmet twist on traditional menus, we use as many local ingredients as possible. And keep in mind that we are keen on artistic culinary presentations, so whether table-seated or buffet, you can count on eye appeal.

Catering reservations required; preferably 3 weeks minimum for 10 plus people please.
